How does the Poker Run work?
Step 1:

View the 2011 Dance Flyer here.
Step 2:
Pick-up your registration packet at:
1) Friday night meet and greet from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (2011 location to be determined.)
2) Saturday morning at the parade from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
3) At The Chalet after the parade.
Step 3:
In the registration packet is amap of Geneva Lake, on the back of the map is a list of the five zones and the poker run stops in those five zones.
When you visit a poker run stop you will get a stamp on your map for visiting the stop. When you visit a stop that earns you 1/5 of your total poker hands purchased.
Therefore, in order to earn all your "cards" you must visit at least one (1) poker run stop in each zone. It does not matter if you have purchased 3 hands or 25 poker hands, each zone will earn you 1/5 of your total purchase.
*No cards will be drawn at the poker run stops.
This year we are doing a draw card in each zone. If you patronize two poker run stops in a zone you get one (1) draw card. By visiting one extra stop in each zone you can get up to five (5) draw cards. Only three (3) cards can be used on one hand, and all five cannot be used to have a free poker hand.
Step 4:
Bring back your Geneva Lake Map on Sunday, September 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to play your poker hands. All maps must be turned in by 2 p.m. on 9/25/2011.
Each hand will be played on an electronic drawing machine and will be played one hand at a time, and each person will play their hands in consecutive order. Poker hands are played by first come first serve. All hands are judged according to Hoyle.
Good Luck and Thanks for playing!
